Ora and Ore - the oracles who accompanied by sentinels [[link] [link] - kinda liquid looking monsters that 'come out' of the walls.. Are fulfilling Chancellors' will. Who's not supposed to be able to rule them but that's a small detail..

The Chancellor is one of a few who were 'given' the power over the metropolis and ppl living there.. He's gotta be big and sophisticated then

The last chick is a 'gatherer' - a work name let's say. She gathers data.. On the symbiosis between people and the city. Has got some kick ass powers Nah, not really but she can kinda spy on the city.

The guys who are missing here are just 'the soldiers' (work name).. Bald, pretty big guys who you will seen quite often..

EDIT >> Ora and Ore, the Chancellors and the 'gatherer' wear white or light gray. Jess and Shift wear black (apart from a few situations).. Shift's hair is black, so is Jess'.. 'Gatherer's hair is black/white/silver/pink or lime green - depends, she's a teenie freak; she's got some long back going on.
.. The Chancellor's (this particular one)- gray. Thinking of incorporating 2 black stripes on each side..
