I draw it.. I do not use any special techniques, any special brushes.. I just draw a sketch, do the outlines/lineart.. And.. Just draw everything :)
There's no secret. It would be like doing a tutorial on 'how to draw a circle' - you just grab a pen/tablet pen and do it.. There are no kung-fu powers behind that ;)

And there is no tutorial for style of drawing. Everybody's styles and preferences are different :)

What pens do you use to line? Or so you use a tablet??

The aplication I used is mentioned in the author's description. It's painter9, and yes I do use a wacom tablet :)

So many artists either make hair waaaay to strand-y or just an outline with a few emphasis lines. I love your style, and your way of doing hair fits right in with it; not too strand-y, not too clumpy. Perfect.
